The human microbiota: an introduction
This animation was created for a presentation on the gut microbiota for a lay audience. One of the most commonly cited facts about our microbiota is the immense number of bacterial cells relative to our own human cells. Utilizing drawings of bacteria created by Liz Stanley and Kristen Earle, I put together an animation to illustrate this concept.
